Vintage white blouse with pleated tuxedo bib front. Lightweight semi-sheer fabric, pointed collar, button front, and long sleeves with cuffs. Made in USA. Good vintage condition with teeny tiny dot. No tag but fits like M and feels like cotton. Maybe blend, very soft and lightweight.
